URTICA SOUND:
Created in 2004, Urtica Sound has become the first sound system of the effervescent movement of reggae in Vilanova i la Geltr, growing year after year, till it has become a very respected sound at national level and acting throughout all the national geography and also making their first performances in foreign parts, in countries such as Italy and Sweden. Always with maximum actuality, Urtica have their suitcases full of discs of new releases and loaded of dubplates that has permitted them share posters with sound system and selectors of the size of: David Rodigan, Sentinell, Pow Pow, Robbo Ranx and sharing posters with artists of the size of: Alton Ellis, Max Romeo, Jah Mason, Collie Buddz, Michael Rose, Million Stylez or Hermano L. Urtica has also participated in different soundclashes, rising up the cup in the most prestigious national clashes as BCN 45''(2007 and 2008), BILBAO SOUNDCLASH (2009), SPANISH SOUNDCLASH (2010 and 2011) and the recent MALAGA TAG TEAM CLASH - Barcelona VS Madrid - (2011)
