Let´s Bring It Back To The Club – Music Is The Key
A dance event with focus on the dj´s and the music. We almost always forget the importance of the dj in a battle or a dance competition. Now it´s time to bring them forward without loosing the energy of the dance and the fantastic top dancers we have invited. Within this event we want to bring the dancers back to the club, where the dancers battle on their own terms in the cyphers. The music will be mixed during the qualifications on the day event and on finals in the evening event. The styles that will be represented for the competitions is Funk, Hip Hop and House Music. On the 2nd floor we will have Dub step, Reagge, Drum n Bass, Disco, Hip Hop, Soul, Funk, House and all kind of dance music we love to get down to. We want all dancers no matter style to get together and inspire each other in all music and styles. Just for the love of dance and music.
Circle Prinz - 2 vs 2
Circle Prinz is a qualification for the main event Circle Kingz in Lausanne - Switzerland. The event was held for the first time in 2005 and today is one of the most respected breaking events around.
First prize: Qulification to Circle Kingz in Switzerland. Travel and accommodation costs covered.
Supreme Locking Battle - 2 vs 2
We have invited 8 of the worlds greatest lockers to join this event. The couples will be battling during the evening event spontaneously. There is no judges in this cathegory. The dancers decides them self. As it suppost to be in the club!
First prize: 5 000 Skr (500 €)
All Styles Battle - 1 vs 1
This is a mixed 1 vs 1 competition where the dancers probably will end up battling people that are dancing one of the other styles to.
First prize: 2 000 Skr (200 €)
Battles and Rules
The qualifications will take place in the day event. See the time schedule.
The qualification for the battles will take place in cyphers where all dancers jam together. The contestants will recive a small number batch on the registration, so the judges can identify them. The cypher part is not only for the contestants but also for all the people that just wants to get down. The judges will pick the best eight (8) best dancers/couples in each cathegory to go to the next round and quarterfinals. The semifinals and finals will take place on the evening event.
