Is it better to burn out than to fade away?
If I stay will it turn out that we fade to grey?
Disappear, just burst out or to make mistakes?
Which way, take the first route or to stay and pay?
Wonder if, it will hurt now am I aiming for the gates in vain?
It ain't easy to burn out on a rainy day.
And if I burn out, I wanna do it in such a way
That it burns everybody that I've met in my days
Take a handgrenade and let it work it's grace
To a degree where even the firebrigade feels dismayed
Never burn out and never fade away
Keep the fire within and face the pain
